After she lost her keys in town, Anne was locked out of her flat in St. Neots on a Sunday! No close friends with a spare, and the Estate Agent was closed!

Anne gave me a call, and I was in St. Neots in thirty minutes. I managed to pick the Yale lock without causing any damage to the internal cylinder. Happy days! Quick cup of tea while I packed up the tools and I was back on the road within an hour.
